Guest House Information

The interior of the Bed and Breakfast Guest House in Tunbridge Wells is luxurious, spacious and in period style with antique furniture, old prints, polished floors and open fireplaces.

There is a pretty south facing garden with a sun terrace which our guests are welcome to use and where you can enjoy a cream tea (by prior arrangement).

Breakfast is served downstairs in the guest lounge between 7 and 10 am. This lounge is also available for use at other times of the day.

Room Facilities

We have two bedrooms for Bed and Breakfast guests. There is a television and DVD player in each room as well as a hostess tray, Broadband Internet, an ironing board, a hairdryer and a fan.

All our B&B rooms have central heating and are kept spotlessly clean and tidy, a pre-requisite for our GOLD rating. All our pillows and duvets are high quality anti - allergy. In the winter all beds are equipped with an electric blanket and extra blankets, duvets and pillows are available if required.
