It gives us the opportunity to discuss your particular needs and you have the chance of negotiating a good deal. You may call us any time between 8.30am and 11pm GMT. If you are calling from abroad we are happy to call you back. If I am away from home calls are diverted to my mobile and it is I who picks up the cost, even when I am abroad.

I do not normally require a deposit to secure a booking, just your contact details. However, please be advised that if you cancel your booking within three days of when you are due to arrive then you may be charged in full for your stay. It is wise to have insurance cover.
