Payment is by cash, cheque or direct bank transfer only. Credit cards are not accepted.
Deposit
We do not normally ask for a deposit to secure a booking as we prefer to trust people. Please advise immediately if you wish to cancel a booking.
Cancellations
If you cancel a booking less than 72 hours before your arrival we kindly ask you to understand that we will need paying in full for that booking. Please ensure you have the relevant insurance cover.
Check In / Check Out
Check in time is by prior arrangement but is not usually before 4pm although it may be possible to drop bags off before this time.
Check out time is by 11am on the day of departure.

The household is non - smoking.
